Mathilde Amestoy, personal yoga teacher

 

As an advanced yoga teacher with over 550 hours of training and a Mum of two beautiful children, I assist women in their incredible journey of life. 

With a gentle holistic and healing approach, I support you in managing your everyday life with autonomy and serenity. My mission is to offer you the tools and the practice which suits your needs, your body, your pain, your mood.

I will be your guide through a 6 weeks selfcare program to help you increasing your energy, reducing stress, and channeling mental or physical pain.

"Six months after giving birth, I started feeling really exhausted and stressed out, I wasn’t sleeping well and needed help to reconnect my body and my mind. I wanted to go back to Yoga but a group class was not what I was looking for. I needed a therapeutic and personalised approach. Mathilde has been amazing at calming my mind, creating balance and giving back my energy.

Thanks to Mathilde, I realised I have always overlooked the power of the breath and how it helps to create a new perspective. Mathilde also supported me to re-establish better strength in my core, which is so important after giving birth. These individual sessions truly helped me to handle physical and emotional pains and get back to a better state of mind."
